Is there a chance for rabies?
Yesterday, I was on my uncle's farm in India. They have 3 puppies and two bigger dogs, one is the puppie's mom. Sometime, I felt some pain in my finger, and saw a small cut, open wound, like a paper cut. I do not remember blood, but could see red inside. All the 5 dogs are not vaccinated, they didn't bite me, but I'm not sure if they did or did not scratch me. The puppies are 2 - 4 months old. Also, the mother has a large bite mark where puppies get milk from. Should I get rabies vaccination?

Yes please get the rabies vaccination course along with tetanus as you are not sure about the bite or scratch, don't take any chance as rabies is fatal and has no cure. You will also need to take antibiotic course as hand wounds are considered as dirty wounds.
