Am 6 week pregnant ,is it safe to play badminton ? Since am a regular badminton and have my tournament in this week.

Badminton is an aggressive game Lot of internal heat production occurs while playing I would not advise you to play tournament but yes you can carry out light exercises to keep ur fitness on
