I have got the beta HCG blood test report of my wife and we got 2266.20 Miu/ml hcg. I need to know Is my wife pregnancy is ok. Kindly help me for the same. Today is 2 week from last missed periods.

Yes it is normal .If you have any doubt get done ultrasonography to know the exact weeks of pregnancy.With reports discuss with your gynaecologist and start folic acid.Also get done TSH level.
