Is phimosis require surgery?
Is phimosis require surgery or can it be treated by myself? How to treat phimosis. I can pullback my foreskin upto glans but not up to penis head when it is expanded. When it is contracted I can pullback it upto corona I think. But after pulling back foreskin it is not completely covering glans.
