Is periods disturbed due to ipill?

Hi.. i hv periods on 28 oct 2017 on 7th nov i hv sex with my bf nd taken ipill within 2 hrs....on 13 nov 2017 just after 5 days of sex hv periods.......after that in between i suffered from loose motion, vomiting,weakness etc on 13th dec i took pregnancy test that comes negative ....nw i hd no periods since lst perios ....plz help...is this pregnancy or due to ipill my periods are nt coming? I an hv browish spotting on 16th dec i.e at the time of my periods...plz help ...why is this happening
