Hi, all the leg pain doesn't necessarily have to be sciatica. Where exactly it hurts? Joint or the muscular area or the overall leg??

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Leg pain and low back pain /hip pain may be different independent pain also. Nog always the leg pain is because of low back pain. Other cause of leg pain (like sciatica) 1. Piriformis syndrome/trigger point 2. Neural tightness Other general condition such vitamin B deficiency need to be ruled out.
Next Steps
don't be panic and consult physio or ortho.
