I just want to confirm that today I purchased iron and Calcium Tablets for my wife who is 25 weeks preganant but i got different brands that is use regularly. Pharmacist gave me
Fezi- XT ( ferrous ascorbate-100mg, Folic acid 1.5mg, zinc sulfate monohydrate- 22. 5mg )
Ncal tablet - (elemental Calcium- 500mg, Vitamin d3- 250 IU)
Are these both safe to consume during preganancy Or not?
