Is it ok loosing 5kgs.in almost 15days?
I am diagnosed with severe liver fibrosis. I am on saroglitazar medication and vitamin E medication with diet and 3km.walking a day. I have cut sugar, oil, white salt ,spicy food, maida from my diet. White rice is taking in limitation. I was 108.5kg. Now I am 103 kg. Loosing 500gm/4days approx. Is it safe or natural? Kindly guide me. Should I continue this?
