Is it normal to bleed twice a month?

3 months ago i diagnosed with hemmorhagic cyst about 32mm-25 mm.. After taking Emarsa & Dronis 30 for 3months i tested again & got the cyst reduced to 25mm -20 mm..this i am under no medications..period came on time continued for 4days & stopped again on 8th day i bleed & stopped .. on 13th my perod again started with heavy clotting. What should i do? Should i start dronis 30 again or primolute n for 10 days..is it happening for the cyst? Is there is any cure?
