Definately lifestyle modification exercise.,brisk walk. Healthy fiber rich diet is helpul for correction. If periodr irreguler than necessary to take pills to correct harmone imbalance.

Hi. Diet and excercise and loss of weight will help u in getting normal cycles . Loss in wt will only help if you are overwt . Till u loose wt pills help in regularising cycles .they also help in reducing excessive growth of facial hair .
