Is it herpes , am I safe? I am f9 now.

On 6th may I had unprotected sex and everything was fine, again I had it in first week of june.In june I had one blisters (fluid filled vesicle) on my glans penis.Which I washed it off with water.On 23/june.I had burning sensation, pimple, may be there was cloudy white discharge also.Next day I went to a Doctor, on physical examination ye diagnosed it as herpes.He presicbed me Acylovir 800mg TDS, × 7days Alvect 12( Albendazole and Lvermectin ) × 2 tabs.{one on first day and one after 2 days}Vitamin D3 tabs (weekly) Citrizine.After 7 days I had relief but after four days of completing medicines.I again had similar symptoms.On 6/July visited the doctor and He presicbed me with valcylovir 1gm × TDS. AndReverage BD at night.Ascarin 50 BD at night.On 13/july.I was started with prophylaxis ; Acylovir 800mg TDS. {I had relief but something was presistent on glans penis, I thought it might be a scar and will go later} On 23/july. I changed doctor and was given 1 antifungal and i am f9 now .
