My 62 year old mom is diabetic. Her index toe has developed a dark swollen spot on the side and is hurting a little. Does it look like gangarene??

It may be a gangrene if you are suspecting it please go and do a blood investigation hba1c and regular monitor if rbs is controlled or not and for precaution use topical antibiotic tube as well as systemic antibiotic.
