My mum checked her blood sugar levels And it came 105 fasting and 185 after meals Is this serious problem what measures need to be taken she is not diabetic

If overweight need to reduce weight which will keep prediabetes progressing to diabetes and even reverse diabetes. Need monitor sugars regularly.
