My son 4yrs was having very high fever for past 4days ...started on Saturday morning. ..on Monday we did blood test and the platelets wr 2.2lks from yesterday that is from Tuesday evening there is no fever but today that is Wednesday afternoon onwards mild rashes are seen is it a sign of dengue...he is active and no signs of any pain
