Is it a period or something else?
I’m days off my Junel birth control. I took the pill for 3 months, as per my OB/GYN instruction. I’ve been experiencing heavy cramps since Saturday morning and light bleeding since last night. I’ve been sexually active while on the pill and a few days ago, sometime unprotected. I was late taking them sometimes, too. Is it just my period coming early or something else?

It’s most likely your period. After stopping the pill, cycles may take 2-3 months to reset and you may experience abnormal bleeding pattern. It doesn’t need treatment.
