What you had was sildenafil and it helps in erectile dysfunction. However what you are facing is altogether different. You need to visit a fertility clinic and find out the cause for not being able to conceive. Increasing your libido won't help in conceiving. Get yourself and your wife both checked for any shortcomings or deformities that might be making it difficult to conceive and have a baby. Visit a doctor.
