43yo female diagnosed with a myoma on the posterior wall of uterus with dimensions 4.4× 4.7 cm and cervical ectropion. Haemoglobin is also low (could be unrelated). Doctor has recommended a total hysterectomy. Is it a good choice? Want 2nd opinion please
