Is Fever due to vaccination

Asked for Female, 1 Years

My baby is 10 months old. On Wednesday she took typhoid, opv2, mmr1 vaccination. On Saturday she got fever. Today she got 101 fever and fro afternoon she has not taken any milk, electrol or ors. She is continously crying. What should I do to make her drink the milk and make her sleep.

sometimes due to MMR vaccination there could be mild fever but it is not so severe and it goes in a day or two so if there is some more symptoms and your baby is irritable then you should consult with your doctor for for the treatment
