Hi doctors,
My wife is 19 week pregnant. She got high risk of trisomy21 in double marker test(1 in 62). Nipt was done and it came as low risk. Early anamoly and anamoly is done and everything is good. Is Amniocentesis needed? Please suggest and please find the nipt report attached

NIPT is not confirmatory. it would be better if u have undergone amniocentesis instead of NIPT. since NIPT is negative and ultrasound is normal u can skip amniocentesis
