Asked for Female, 24 Years

My wife using M2 tone and consevel tablet.After 20 days she has had and heart burn.Her LMP is 15.3.2018.She using both tablet 9.3.18 onwards.My marriage date 27.8.2017.Her miscarried on 5.10.207. The symptoms is pregnancy or other.She has ovulation pain earlier.But no pain after using the tablets.Please guide to me.Is a pregnancy symptoms ?
