Irritation in the private part. Advice.

I am facing itching, a little pain, dryness in my private part. The outer and inner cover seems to be not normal. During sexual intercourse too, don't feel good. If i apply cream then too it is having a feel of burning. I m using keepsafe nowadays due to which itching is not there. But still there is some burning, a cut also appeared a few days back in the upper outer cover which is healed now. There is a little pain too near the covers all the time. May be it might be a little swollen too. Having a hair growth too started a little while ago inside the outer upper part due to which i feel uncomfortable sometimes. I use hair removal cream that too itches badly now. Is it a skin allergy or anything else. Please advice.
