Irritation in the ear

Asked for Male, 1 Years

My 5 month old son has been itching his ear specially at night and while taking feed. I have consulted a paed who gave antibiotics for 5 days and ear drops. The sensation has reduced but he still gets restless at nights because of some irritation or itching inside his ear. Please help.
