Irritation in pennice

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Irritation while pissing and ejection. Bad smell in urine. Sperm became very liquid and very low in quantity. Urine colour is yellowish. But after taking much water urine is white but smell is bad and irritation is there. Sperm became waterish. Not feeling of sex... The irritation stands for hours after pissing and ejection.
