My mom had done Cataract operation 20years ago, now her eye is paining and unable to see (blur) Eye doctor 20 year ago advised to take eye drop named Flur (Flurbiprofen sodium ophthalmic solution usp) Can she apply now?

Hello She can use flur now but we need to find out the cause for blurred vision I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist
