Irritating, lose motion, fever

Sir /mam baby 1 year - 1-2 दिन से बहुत चिढ़ रही है, कल दोपहर में fever भी आ गया था तो PCM syrup दें दी साथ में zethrox antibiotics भी थी... तो अभी fever में आराम है पर poty बहुत पतली कर रही है और बहुत चिढ़ रही रही, रो रही है अच्छे से कुछ खा भी नहीं रही है, अभी 3-4 दांत निकले है, दांत की वजह से भी बहुत irritate हो रही है.... Plz sujjest
