Irreguler periods
I always have reguler periods but in previous month i.e january i had delayed periods i.e 1 week delay.
Now in this month of february i experienced a very light flow .Infact only smaller dots for only two days.
What could be the possible reason for this? I am little worried.

it can be an hormone imbalance or stress factor if no pill or sickness seen within this 2 months, follow the period. if still abnormal, visit a gynecologist
