Irregularities inside vagina & discharge

I had white curdy vaginal discharge and itching for few months and it was diagnosed as ringworm infection  by gynecologist treated and cured... Then after my next period vaginal discharge increased..It is light yellow or white thick discharge or maybe light greenish...Itching was reduced by applying candid b lotion... But discharge is not going .Sometimes it smells sour. Recently I found irregularities inside vaginal opening...At the posterior end of the opening inside there is a little bump like structure and it looks like a little skin tag (not sure)..Also both sides inside my vaginal lips have a scratch like tear or lump which is redish and it gives discharge like blood tint..And space between my urethera and vaginal opening is little swelled I'm not sexually active .. Unmarried and had sex only once in my entire life (which was at beginning of this year)
