Irregular vaginal bleeding
I am experiencing abdominal pain like cramps since 2-3 days and the pain has increased this morning. I also realized I am bleeding through my vagina when my periods got over a week ago. The bleeding is not so profuse as during menstruation but much like spotting. Am also feeling nauseous and weak.
