Asked for Male, 24 Years

My testicles are not even, one of them is droopy and and the other is regular. Recently i had stopped wearing Inners due to itching in crotch area. I heard that HYDROCELE causes the same issue. Also i have been masturbating for 4-5 yrs &i have a habit of masturbate by lying on my stomach and rub my groin to and fro. Is dis the cause of my problem
