Irregular sac and no fetal pole 8th week
Last period cycle started on 23rd May for my wife. She encountered little bleeding on 17th July but it was not just spotting. UCG done on 18th July and Doctor found the irregular shaped sac with 17 mm MSD with cervix is normal and internal OS is closed. Fetal pole was also not found. Is it already a miscarriage or still there is possibilities of healthy baby!
Pls suggest.

Do a beta HCG for finding discriminatory zone and repeat HCG after 48 hours

If beta HCG levels are doubling every 48 hours it is a flourishing pregnancy
If beta HCG levels are plateauing it is a failing pregnancy
If Beta HCG levels are falling it is a failed pregnancy
