Irregular periods with pcos

Asked for Female, 27 Years

We are planning for baby... trying since last 5 months, still not getting conceived. Please guide. I got check up 7 months earlier and got sonography in which 3-4 pcos symptoms observed. kindly guide how to work on this and give some suggestions to get pregnant.
