Irregular periods problem

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hi, I'm working in night shift from past 4 months, from last 3 periods the gap between those are only 15-20 days. This time 2weeks back only I got my periods and last week due to unprotected sex, I took ipills to avoid unwanted pregnancy. Can you plea help me to get the proper reason for this irregular early periods

You need to get an Ultrasound lower abdomen done to look for the cause. Eat healthy diet and sleep for minimum 6 hours. I-pill also causes change in cycle. Avoid it's frequent use.
