Irregular periods problem

Asked for Female, 28 Years

From past 8 yrs onwrds affected by irregular periods.if period comes after 3 months , then it not get stopped without taking tablet by( dr advise only).continued harmone pill for about past 6 months regularly. Ten stopped.afer tat one month period came regularly .ten Nw period delayed 3 months.wat can I do
