Irregular periods not getting pregnant

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I am suffering from irregular periods. Consulted doctor had some tablets for 3 months. Tried homeopathy trued everything. Result is periods are regular only when i used to have tablets once the course is finished again irregular periods. Its been 70 days from my last period m not even pregnant home test are negative plz help i wanna conceive
