Irregular periods
My periods were very late... like 4-5 months onces... If I got to hospital and take medicines ... then it is fine.. but once I stop taking medicines it won't come... last time I got periods is on 12 August'2016 and till now I haven't got periods

Hello,
Irregular periods are a common sign of PCOD.
I would suggest that you consult a gynaecologst and get yourself evaluated for PCOD.

You haven't mentioned if you are married or not.
Some times some women have various conditions related to ovaries and uterus due to which periods can vary.
You have to do several blood tests and scan to rule out any pathology.
However you have to exercise and have a balanced diet
Plenty of veggies and at least a minimum of12 glasses of water per day.
