Irregular periods

Asked for Female, 34 Years

My periods came on 19th April which was already 5 days delayed as in March it came in 15th . Now again today I. E. 30th April it's started again. Pls help what can be the reason behind this. Earlier this my circle has always been for 25 days.

If you have been bleeding irregularly first do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. If the test s negative other causes can be hormonal imbalance , medications , thyroid disorders ,polyps , infection , ovarian cysts etc
