Irregular periods
My age is just only 21 and I don't have periods from last 4month... Could u please tell me is it normal,elsewhere there is any problem.. Thanku

No this is not normal may be due to hormonal imbalance, need evaluation Reduce weight, take healthy balanced diet green vegetables salads and seasonal fruits avoid oily spicy and sugery food,do regular exercises and stretches yoga avoid stress, drink adequate water if any query please reach out

Good morning.. you should get it tested to see if there is any hormonal imbalance , pcos or thyroid problem which causing irregular periods . If ur over weight, reduce by 4-5 kgs minimum and ur periods become regular slowly . Eat healthy and diet control food , exercise regularly for 1 hour ( 30 min morning and evening) .

Get Usg pelvis scan, thyroid test.. after the reports we can treat accordingly.
