Irregular Periods

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Last month in march I got period twice once on 1 st march and other on 15th march I was sexually active on 27th march although ejaculation does not happen till now I did not get period I am taking so much stress yesterday got beta hcg test done value came out <1.20 which is negative. What should I do know what will be possible cause of delay normally I have very regular cycle of 28-30 days.
