Dear Practo user, It is difficult to answer your question since the type of irregularity of menstrual cycle is not mentioned. If the irregularity is slight, it doesn't matter much. Levels of LH vary during the menstrual cycle. One cannot comment upon high levels unless the period at which the sample was taken is known. In case you are taking medications for some other disorder, the hormone levels will be affected.
