Irregular periods. What is the cause?

I  am married not pregnant(did blood test and pregnancy test) having problem for irregular periods. I was on birth control pill for 14 months and before 1 year I stopped . And after that my periods got stopped. And it started in the month of July and continued for 27 days so went to hospital and did usg. And my reports are normal. Dr gave me Tranex and 1 took and it got stopped but  I got spotting then white discharge. Again spotting and white discharge then completely stopped. For this month spotting and white discharge started before 15 days of my period date. Every time 1 am getting spotting and white discharge in a different time. And again 2 days or 1 day gap again morning spotting evening white discharge. I am not getting my proper period. And again its been 3 months I didn’t get my periods but continue getting white discharge and some foul smell. And sometime itching. What is the cause?? Please help me. Is it serious.
