I'm a 20 years old girl and I gave the problem of irregular periods every month. After monarchs, I had quite regular periods but for the past one year my periods are extremely irregular, sometimes I miss my periods for three consecutive months. The next time I have my periods, it's very light lasting for about only one and a half days of proper very light flow. I am not sexually active. How do I regularize my periods?
