Irregular periods

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I have spotting only one day after 42 days, So doctor prescribed me Deviry 10 mg tablet. I have taken 5 days two times. Now after 4 days I have again started spotting only one hour and again stopped my bleeding. Why this happened? And all my test are normal but I have not conceived pregnancy.
