Irregular periods
I have not had my periods in the last 2 months. I am not pregnant. I am 23 years old and 2 years back I was diagnosed with PCOS but the doctor told me to lose weight to get back to normalcy. But I couldnt do it. Now what to do ? I have heard birth control pills that they prescribe for PCOS are harmful. Suggest something please.
