Irregular periods
I have a history of irregular periods, but its been more than a month almost i haven't had my periods, sometimes i have a tender breast and Lower abdominal pain (not severe). Should i get an ultrasound done? Or the reason might be something else?

if u sexually active then u shld do urine pregnancy test to ruleout pregnancy,
if not then it may be hormonal imbalance

If you are sexually active check for pregnancy test first. If not then you should undergo ultrasound and hormonal investigation for pcos
