Asked for Female, 23 Years

I had my period on 29th December 2019, on the first day I had a medium flow, second day was lesser and I had spotting on third day. On 5th Feb doctor recommended Primolut N, 3 times for 3 days, my last dose was on Saturday but haven't gotten my periods yet,I've also been advised to reduce weight as I am overweight by 5kgs and Its been almost 45 days I haven't got my period, a bit worried
