Since you had protected intercourse with no condom breakage or leakage, and your pregnancy test was negative, the chance of pregnancy appears low from the information you provided. Also, you already mentioned that you have a history of delayed or irregular periods, which makes cycle delay more likely due to hormonal fluctuation rather than pregnancy alone. Cyclenorm-E Plus is often used to support menstrual regularity and hormonal balance. However, the duration of use (3 days vs 6 days or longer) depends on factors such as your cycle pattern, flow history, hormonal profile, stress level, body constitution, and the prescribing doctor’s plan. It is not ideal to arbitrarily increase or reduce the duration yourself without proper guidance. Stress, anxiety about pregnancy, sleep disturbance, weight changes, travel, diet changes, and hormonal imbalance can all delay periods further, especially in women who already have irregular cycles.
Next Steps
Maintain proper sleep, nutrition, hydration, and stress control because mental stress commonly delays periods further in already irregular cycles. If periods continue to remain absent for a prolonged time or if you develop severe pain, excessive bleeding later, or other then a direct consultation is really needed. For confidential guidance regarding delayed periods, menstrual irregularity, and women’s wellness support, you may also connect with us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5.
Health Tips
Maintain a regular sleep schedule, balanced diet, hydration, stress reduction, light exercise, and avoid repeated anxiety checking, as hormonal cycles often become more delayed when stress and overthinking increase. Thank you
