  3. Irregular periods. Go away on their own?

I am suffering with pcod and have 3 to 5 small cysts in right ovary and cyst of 5.9×4.4cm in left ovary, i am doing regular excercise(cycling and yoga) and also following healthy lifestyle, but still my periods are irregular, will those cysts go away on their own? My last period was on march 25th of this year
