Irregular periods. , so what to do!

I am suffering from irregular period since april 17. I have got last period in March 17 which was normal. around 21march I had quality time with my fiance after what I took i-pill still I missed my period in April ,I checked several times from pregnancy kit but the result was negative still after waiting too long I decided to take unwanted kit which has 5medicine to not take any risk. but nothing happened with that kit... Then I consulted to a doctor at your app and she asked me to take meprate for 5 days twice a day... I did it and after exactly 10 days I got my period but it was too less I can say 1% of Normal days then I again had a query and then they said wait for 2 days it will be normal .. my period stayed 5 days but it was same very less so after one of your doctor suggested I took "yaz" tab from 3day of my period as she said you have very less bleeding then start from 3rd day..& now it's 12th day of consumption of yaz & doc ask me to take fr 21day &it has24tabs ,so what to do
