Asked for Female, 43 Years

I am 43 age women. I facing irregular periods since 3years.5 or 6 periods occurs in a year.l have no over bleeding problem.present problem no menstrual periods from 4 months.any medication need for me like D vitamine calcium.l am vegetarian.And l had laproscopic scopic tubectomy 17 years ago.pls give advice.
