  4. Irregular Periods. Any harmonal changes?

Irregular Periods
I am 27 years old got married on june this year. I got periods on 25 sep and it continues till 15 days i.e 12 oct.. And after that i didn't get my periods till now.. Pls suggest what i need to do. Is that a sign of pregnancy or any harmonal changes ?
